The HyperStream™ Detangling DuoBrush is the main brush innovation that eliminates the most frustrating maintenance task of robot vacuum ownership — the weekly or monthly removal of hair wrapped around the brush roll. The dual-brush design combines a TPU rubber brush that smoothly lifts pet hair, large debris and carpet dust without generating the static-capture conditions that cause hair wrapping, and a bristled rubber brush that makes close contact with hard floor surfaces to sweep fine dust and long hair strands efficiently — with the air duct design actively directing captured hair straight into the suction path and the dust box rather than allowing it to accumulate around the brush axle. Dreame's in-house testing confirms zero hair tangling on hair strands up to 30 centimetres long, and the RGB + 3D structured light obstacle avoidance system recognises and navigates around over 180 types of household objects including cables, shoes, pet waste and socks — with built-in LED lights illuminating the path in dark or dim rooms for accurate detection in every lighting condition. The TripleUp Tech intelligently selects the optimal tool combination for each type of waste detected in real time —

 lifting the mop pads to 10.5mm and lowering the brushes for dry debris to prevent cross-contamination, or lifting the brushes and lowering the mop pads for liquid stains and mopping — with a colour sensor that measures the dirtiness of the waste water after mopping and automatically triggers a second scrub of the mop pads and a second pass of the floor if the water indicates incomplete cleaning.

The Dual Flex Arm technology extends the side brush into tight right-angle corners and the mop pad up to 4 centimetres beyond the robot's body with the MopExtend™ RoboSwing motion — reaching under low-profile furniture, around curved furniture legs and into the wall-corner gaps that fixed-width pads systematically miss, with TÜV Rheinland certification confirming 100% corner cleaning coverage in independent testing.
